Georgia Vietnam Veterans Alliance Foundation (GVVA) President David Hambrick (left), and GVVA Chapter 1 Director Donna Rowe (right) present a $5,000 donation to the Cobb Veterans Memorial Foundation to get it started. The newly incorporated Cobb Veterans Memorial Foundation President, Major General James Bankers, donated $5,000 from his personal funds as well.
