Marine Corps League, Lance Corporal Skip Wells Detachment 647 Commandant Tony Gasper presenting a donation to Cobb Veterans Memorial Foundation President/CEO Major General Jim Bankers, U.S. Air Force Retired. Also at the presentation ceremony are (from left to right) ninety-eight (98) year old Harry Kone, WWII and Guadalcanal survivor; Donna Rowe, former U. S.
